What is Health Coaching?

Health & wellness coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Health coaches use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach. 

Whatever goal the client sets, the health coach ensures that they are supported until the desired outcome is achieved.

In my practice as a health and wellness coach, I can help you prioritize your wellness goals and work with you on the journey to achieve them.  I also love to work with plants and the natural world to help you ground and align with the powerful healing provided by our earth.  

I can also help you create a sacred space of your own using live plants and essential oils that inspire you.

What primary services do you offer?

I provide 1:1 and group session to help individuals achieve their wellness goals, whether it be weight loss, getting more sleep, or stress reduction techniques to get through the next family reunion. The client sets the goals and I help guide them and keep them accountable. I provide a safe. non-judgmental space for a client's journey.

What do you specialize in?

I provide coaching to all people who would like to pursue meaningful behavioral change in order to better their overall health and wellness. 

What are the rates of your services?

This is variable and will be discussed in detail during your introductory session.  If you wish to proceed with coaching, I provide 3-month or 6-month individual packages, with a monthly payment plan.
